Christine Clark started this business at the urging of local knitters in need of yarn and knitting supplies.
The knitters were seeking a hometown place to gather for classes and drop-ins and be able to purchase knitting yarn in East Hampton and knitting notions at competitive prices.
Christine is a knitter herself and had been instructing knitting classes on the east end of Long Island already... so she decided to set up Black Sheep Knitworks in East Hampton.
Classes, Private Lessons, and Special Events are all part of Black Sheep Knitworks every day business,
We cover everything from beginners to specialty knitting.
We can even help by providing finishing work.
